First GIM of the semester discussing the State of Our Union

This event was extremely engaging in that we spoke of America’s current political climate, while speaking on how we as men can better fight current plights to uplift America.

We were fortunate enough to discuss our history, present, and future plans with over 40 attendees for our program slot. We are grateful to share an intimate moment with our audience as we also discussed each others’ fears in today’s society.

Family Science Day was a success! We’d like to thank all who attended and set up the community wide event. ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀
It was great demonstrating cymatics, which allows us to visualize sound waves using fluids. We used a simple mixture of corn starch and water, in a 2:1 ratio, and played specific frequencies through a speaker. For given frequencies, you see given patterns. ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀
